Yard Waste Pickup
​
Yard waste pickup will begin the week of April 1. Our pickup day is Thursday, so please put the bags out no earlier than 6 pm on Wednesdays. ​

About Lanier Farms
The Lanier Farms community was established in 2004 and includes 180 single-family homes with a tot lot and basketball court among its amenities. The community currently is served by Chris Yung Elementary School, Gainesville Middle School, and Gainesville High School.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five members elected by the HOA members at the Annual Meeting. Their meetings are held virtually using the Zoom platform with dates posted on the website.
