In Memoriam - Mike Connolly
We are very sad to announce that our long-time manager at SFMC, Mike Connolly, passed away in early July after a long bout with cancer. A new community manager will be starting in the coming weeks, but, in the meantime, Justin Storcks (jstorcks@sfmcinc.com, ext. 244) will be serving Lanier Farms. As soon as the new manager is in place, we will post their contact information on the website. Mike’s obituary can be viewed here; we will miss him greatly.

About Lanier Farms
The Lanier Farms community was established in 2004 and includes 180 single-family homes with a tot lot and basketball court among its amenities. The community currently is served by Chris Yung Elementary School, Gainesville Middle School, and Gainesville High School.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five members elected by the HOA members at the Annual Meeting. Their meetings are held virtually using the Zoom platform with dates posted on the website.
