Please Trim Low-Hanging Trees
There are several trees with low-hanging limbs that are creating a safety hazard for those using neighborhood sidewalks. If trees on your property hang lower than 6’ over the sidewalk, please trim them to a safe height. If this is not taken care of, VA law permits the HOA prune back these limbs at the HOA expense. In the court’s decision, a tree becomes a nuisance to a neighbor’s property when it causes actual harm or threatens to cause harm to a property.
